烦躁情绪,练习牌技必须克服!

在练习牌技的时候,枯燥的重复,难免会出现烦躁的情绪。为什么会出现这个情况,我们又该怎么克服呢?

我个人认为出现烦躁情绪主要出现在练习牌技的两个阶段。

一、刚接触某个手法的时候,在这个阶段由于刚刚接触,很多动作不习惯,很不顺手。细节方面不得要领,上手很吃力,这时候就会产生烦躁的情绪。

其实在刚刚接触一个新的牌技手法的时候,先不要忙着去练习,先多看看相关的教程或者前辈的经验,然后再去练习。依葫芦画瓢,先做到形似,然后多把握细节方面,这样上手会容易很多,心里也就不那么烦躁了。

二、牌技基本已经练好了,但是有某个问题怎么都解决不了,就是常说的遇到瓶颈了。出现这个情况,心里很容易烦躁。不过能意识到这个问题,也是值得高兴的,因为这样说明了你能认识到自己的手法不完善,从根本上来说这是你对这个牌技手法的认识在提高。

一般出现这样的问题的解决方法是,把牌技手法每个动作分解,分析每一个细节,还可以和这方面的朋友交流或者借鉴前辈的经验。这样还可以让自己更平静更专注,对于牌技学习是大有好处的。

像第二部这种情况,会随着练习的牌技手法难度提高而增加,也就是瓶颈问题会增多,这时候一个好的心态的作用就体现出来了。

我们在练习牌技手法的时候,千万不要好高骛远,要从简入深,基础打牢,这样不仅可以树立起信心,还可以培养自己的练习兴趣。

在练习牌技的同时,更是在磨练自己的各方面素质,相信克服了烦躁情绪,在牌技道路能走的更加远。
